Feudi Salentini, founded in 1994, is situated in the heart of Puglia's sun-drenched Salento peninsula.
The estate thrives in a Mediterranean climate shaped by maritime breezes and limestone-rich soils, conditions that allow native grapes to achieve ideal ripeness while retaining vibrant natural balance.
While focusing predominantly on indigenous varieties like Primitivo and Negroamaro, the winery highlights the finest expressions of Apulian viticulture.
This Primitivo di Manduria DOC is produced from hand-harvested grapes selected from low-yielding old vines trained in the traditional Alberello bush-vine system.
To cultivate depth and structural elegance, the wine undergoes an extended aging process of at least 14 months in French oak barrels and American barriques.
The resulting profile showcases a harmonious synthesis of concentrated fruit and refined oak integration.
Intensely aromatic and beautifully structured, this expression captures the distinct character, warmth, and winemaking legacy of the Manduria terroir.
