The Gilles Goujon Rouge Corbières AOC 2019 represents a distinguished collaboration with renowned three-star Michelin chef Gilles Goujon, owner of the celebrated Auberge du Vieux Puits in Fontjoncouse, southern France.
Chef Goujon earned his first Michelin star in 1997, his second in 2001, and his third in 2010—the same year he was named Chef of the Year.
Translating his relentless pursuit of culinary excellence into the glass, Goujon partnered to create a signature bottling that captures the true essence of Languedoc terroir.
Fruit is sourced from meticulously selected plots across limestone hillsides layered with rounded pebbles, yielding a rich, powerful red wine of remarkable character and sense of place.
