This is a one level higher and premium Cotes du Rhone wine classified as 'Cotes-du-Rhone Villages AOC', as compared to the standard 'Cotes-Du-Rhone AOC'.
Another unique aspect of this is that is made from a Single Village called Saint-Gervais.
The classic blend of the Rhone Valley, Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre, which is popularly known as (GSM).
Expect a complex wine, with ripe, delicious red and black fruit flavors, with some spiced nuances and long lingering finish.
