This is an interesting Chardonnay, because the plot of Clos de la Chapelle is located within the Beaujolais area, which is also part of the greater Burgundy administrative region.

The Chardonnays from here, especially from single vineyards are great price to quality ratio.

Domaine Romy, established in the 1700s, is a family-run estate.

Currently managed by Nicolas Romy and his father Dominique.

The estate adheres to Terra Vitis certification, emphasizing sustainable viticulture with minimal intervention to preserve the natural expression of the terroir.
